SMS Messaging Policy

Program Description

CC Aesthetics uses an automated missed-call notification service. If you call our office at (859) 303-7694 and your call goes unanswered, you may receive one automated SMS reply acknowledging your missed call and inviting you to call back or reply. This is a courtesy notification — not marketing.

Consent

By calling CC Aesthetics, you provide prior express consent to receive one automated SMS response if your call is not answered. SMS consent is not required to receive care or services.

Verbal Consent Script

When your call goes unanswered, you hear the following recorded greeting before any SMS is sent, disclosing that you will receive a text message:

"Hi, you have reached CC Aesthetics. We are unable to take your call right now, but we will text you shortly. Please leave your message after the beep."

Remaining on the line after this disclosure constitutes verbal consent to receive the single follow-up text message. Callers who do not wish to receive a text may simply reply STOP to opt out permanently.

Message Frequency

Maximum 1 message per missed call. A 24-hour suppression window prevents duplicate messages to the same number.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive no further automated messages. This opt-out is permanent and carrier-enforced.

Hours

Automated messages are only sent between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone, in compliance with TCPA guidelines.

Privacy

Your phone number is used solely to respond to your missed call. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
